Job Summary
Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion by coordinating and supervising electrical workers, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to project specifications while identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that arise. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and prepare reports on progress and outcomes. Track materials, replenish supplies, and enforce safety regulations. This role requires 100% travel to project sites nationwide and involves working in various environmental conditions while wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Extensive experience in electrical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience in project management and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Anticipated 100% travel to project sites nationwide
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events
- Ability to wear and utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to move in and around confined and cluttered places and uneven areas
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to and exceeding 50 pounds
- Adequate vision to perform all required tasks
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops
- Comfortable with heights and able to climb and descend safely
- Strong sense of balance and spatial awareness
- Participate in respiratory fit testing and use as required
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
