Job Summary
Lead and direct a field crew on commercial and residential projects, installing skylights, glazing systems, architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, and metal siding. Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while reading plans and solving field installation challenges. Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members, and train and mentor team members. Requires 3+ years of construction experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work at heights. Monday-Friday schedule (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) with overtime opportunities, $28-$36 hourly pay, company vehicle, and benefits including health insurance and IRA match. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction, roofing, siding, sheet metal, glazing, skylights, carpentry, or a related trade
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and aerial lifts
- Ability to read plans and problem-solve in the field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous crew leader, lead installer, foreman, or supervisory experience
- Experience with architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, skylights, commercial roofing, glazing, or exterior cladding systems
