Foreman/Set-Up

Plan all set-ups following the weekly production schedule and prepare auxiliary equipment including oil heaters, thermometers, temp controllers, robots, and end-of-arm tooling. Perform hanging and clamping of tools in presses, process, troubleshoot, and startup jobs. Remove molds to analyze for cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance before storage. Maintain mold racks, fixture racks, and storage areas to ensure they remain clean and orderly. Availability is required for any shift. Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
