Job Summary
Lead Pump & Power projects by creating accurate timelines, motivating crew members, and delegating tasks for equipment setup, tear-down, and water restoration. Manage daily operations including deliveries, pick-ups, and shop maintenance while documenting progress through labor logs and reports. Represent Sunbelt with customers and internal resources to ensure successful project execution. Requires 90% travel, Class A CDL, and physical ability to lift 100 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 90% Travel Required
- Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting – pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring
- Strong Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success
- Construction background
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader, etc.
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to squat
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to work indoors
- Must be able to work outdoors
Desired Qualifications
- Class A CDL preferred
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
