Job Summary
Foreman role leading post-frame construction crews in the Omaha, NE area with hands-on leadership, safety-first mindset, and accountability for on-time, high-quality builds. Responsibilities include leading and performing hands-on construction, reading blueprints and drawings, enforcing safety practices and PPE use, operating and coordinating equipment and materials, communicating progress and needs to the project manager, mentoring crew members, maintaining quality control, and traveling overnight with per diem provided. Must have post-frame experience, proven crew leadership, OSHA-safe sites, Class A CDL, blueprints literacy, and comfort working outdoors in various conditions. This is an employee-owned (ESOP) company environment with steady, year-round work and a competitive pay package.
