Foreman Pipefitter

Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations. Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs. Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed. Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and assist with removing obstacles that impact flow or schedule. Promote safe work practices, proper PPE usage, 5S expectations, shop procedures, and right-first-time quality while mentoring and coaching production employees. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
