Foreman overseeing pavement marking projects, leading a crew on-site from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- At least 3 or more years' experience as a field foreman
