Job Summary
Oversee field personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure successful execution of environmental construction projects in Washington. Interpret plans, coordinate layout, and enforce safety compliance while maintaining quality standards and tracking productivity. Develop alternative work plans for delays, interface with suppliers and inspectors, and support field recordkeeping including payroll and progress reports. Monitor schedule and budget performance, lead daily safety huddles, and provide updates to project managers regarding job activities and change orders. Assist with coordination to the Client Representative and document out-of-scope work. Requires a qualified journeyman with 10+ years in environmental construction and 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified journeyman
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental construction or demolition
- Experience in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, asbestos abatement, and/or system installations
- Must meet all company general employment qualifications
- Ability to meet expectations of the Client Representative
