Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate carpentry crews on multi-family, low-rise, and mixed-use projects, overseeing framing, sheathing, and finishing to meet architectural specifications. Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and resolve on-site issues regarding quality, timelines, and compliance. Manage materials, tools, and inventory while acting as the primary liaison between the team, project managers, and clients. Mentor junior staff to foster skill development and continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years of carpentry experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role, proficiency in reading blueprints, and relevant safety certifications. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or certification in carpentry
