Job Summary
Direct and coordinate a mechanical foreman role overseeing Millwrights and Laborers in installation, maintenance, and repair of piping and equipment. Lead planning of installation sequences using blueprints and schematics, inspect ongoing work for conformance, maintain time/material records, ensure safety compliance, supervise crew, and perform heavy equipment rigging and ergonomic tasks. Requires leadership ability, apprenticeship completion, journeyman experience, pipefitting/millwright licenses, OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training is required.
