Job Summary
Supervise hourly production employees and ensure safety, health, and environmental policies are followed daily. Plan and schedule plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets while providing training to the workforce. Foster positive teamwork and provide input to process improvements. You may participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision. This role requires a high school diploma and 4+ years of related experience in the construction materials industry.
