Supervise and monitor daily operations by planning and managing utility construction projects to job specifications. Maintain all necessary paperwork, oversee safety by modeling behaviors and providing corrective action, and secure work sites for public and equipment safety. Pre-survey job locations to ensure utility locates are performed, coach and train employees, and resolve work challenges. Support crew by operating equipment and performing labor as needed.
