Directs operations on a construction site to ensure safe, productive execution; instructs crew on operating heavy construction equipment to meet production goals; identifies top performers for advancement and applies corrective discipline per policy; mentors a crew leader and supports performance feedback; performs daily reporting of crew and equipment hours via HCSS Heavy Job on a company-provided iPad; conducts safety briefings, hazard analysis, and pre-work checks; develops and executes future crew tasks to complete projects; coordinates material ordering and logistics; operates and maintains company truck and equipment; travels to multiple job sites as needed, with out-of-town travel up to three weeks; maintains compliance with safety procedures and certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR) and ensures pre- and post-task checklists are completed.
