Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations for a landscape construction crew, coordinating equipment and materials while maintaining project schedules and deadlines. Supervise crew members on proper installation techniques, safety aspects, and equipment operation, including loaders, skid steers, and excavators. Read landscape plans to provide material layouts and ensure quality control on job sites. Perform loading and unloading of cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials. Maintain equipment and truck/trailers in working order and conduct daily timekeeping for crew members. Complete miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
