Foreman in Training

Foreman in Training role overseeing field crews under seasoned foremen and superintendents. Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, communicating daily assignments and safety expectations, mentoring less experienced workers, assisting in planning with BIU leadership, tracking progress to BIU standards, coordinating subcontractor and BIU tasks, reporting delays and material needs, and supporting safety audits and closeout tasks. Emphasis on learning to enforce MCIS and OSHA safety policies, participate in pre-task safety planning, and assist in incident and risk management with the Superintendent and BIU leadership. This training position focuses on hands-on supervision, coordination of manpower and materials, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
