Foreman I - Lighting Retro

Foreman I - Lighting Retro oversees and directs crews installing lighting products in client facilities, ensuring safety, productivity, and project quality. Responsibilities include managing job-site safety, pre-task plans, equipment and tool use, coordinating with Project Manager, directing work to meet goals, supervising documentation (RFIs, drawings, submittals), overseeing installation of electrical feeders, pumps, motors, switch gear, lighting fixtures, and outlets, and controlling material, tools, and manpower. Requires four years of lighting and lighting controls experience, a valid Journeyman Electrician’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evening hours. Strong knowledge of trade materials, reading drawings and blueprints, and effective communication with customers and staff is needed.
