Job Summary
Foreman – traveling position leading crews on roadway and airport construction projects across the U.S. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating crews, ensuring safety and timely project completion, conducting toolbox talks, and communicating with project managers, office staff, and clients. Must be able to travel out of state, perform physically demanding work outdoors, operate construction equipment, and maintain OSHA/DOT safety standards. Per diem up to $280 per week, hotel accommodations provided, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO/holidays, life and disability insurance, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (must be maintained)
- Able to obtain and maintain airport/military badge
- At least 21 years of age
- Willing to travel out of state
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test (random testing required)
- 2+ years of construction supervisory experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
