Job Summary
Foreman is responsible for on-site leadership and coordination of large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects, overseeing daily field operations, manpower planning, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control; collaborates with Project Managers to maintain schedule/budget, enforces safety policies, conducts site meetings with general contractors and other trades, monitors productivity and field performance, ensures installations meet project specifications and quality standards, and resolves field-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission critical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage large field crews
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
