Job Summary
Lead a high-performance installation crew from start to finish by coordinating daily operations, assigning duties based on work priority, and monitoring project progress against time and budgetary goals. Review job specifications to determine required materials and tools, assess on-site conditions, and set forth plans for work execution. Installs foundation solutions while troubleshooting situations to meet company standards and timetables, ensuring all final documentation is completed accurately. Provide on-the-job training to team members and drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily. Requires a valid driver's license, experience in foundation repair or team leadership, and ability to perform strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. Competitive base pay plus bonuses, tools, and transportation provided.
