Job Summary
Lead a high-performance installation crew from start to finish by coordinating daily operations, reviewing job specifications, and assigning duties based on work priority and availability. Monitor project progress to keep installations on track from a time and budgetary standpoint while assessing on-site conditions and setting forth plans for tool and material needs. Installs products and services, troubleshoots situations to meet company standards and timetables, and ensures all final documentation is accurate before submission. Provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen, drives the company vehicle daily, and delivers superior quality and service to customers. Requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and experience in foundation repair or team leadership.
