Job Summary
Lead a high-performance installation crew by reviewing job specifications, assessing on-site conditions, and assigning duties based on priority, schedules, and workforce availability. Monitor project progress from a time and budgetary standpoint while troubleshooting situations to meet company standards and timetables. Provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen, ensuring superior quality and service through complete and accurate final documentation. Drive the company-provided vehicle daily and perform strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in confined crawl spaces. Required Qualifications

- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
- Ability to quickly move arms and legs
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
