Job Summary
Lead the installation crew from start to finish by coordinating daily operations, reviewing job specifications for materials and tools, and assessing on-site conditions to set forth plans based on time allotments and order of work. Assign duties to the team, install products and services with national support, and troubleshoot situations to meet company standards and timetables. Supervise the crew, provide on-the-job training, and ensure all final documentation is accurate before submission. Drive the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity on every project.
Required Qualifications

- Experience leading crews or small teams
- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
- Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
- Ability to lift heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
