Job Summary
Lead a high-performance installation crew from start to finish by coordinating daily tasks, scheduling assignments, and assigning duties based on work priority and availability. Review job specifications to determine materials and equipment needs before site arrival, then assess on-site conditions to set plans for time allotment and order of work. Install products and services while troubleshooting situations to meet company standards and timetables, ensuring superior quality and service for customers. Supervise the team, provide on-the-job training to installers and co-foremen, and ensure all final documentation is completed accurately. Drive the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
Required Qualifications

- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
- Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
- Ability to lift heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
