Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of grading operations; supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, trucking, and plant; ensure safety, quality, and timely execution; utilize GPS systems (TopCon GPS) for grading and finish blade with GPS controls; maintain plans and communicate effectively with team; travel may be required and role is on-site in Belgrade, MT, with extreme weather conditions possible.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven Grading experience
- Supervisory and strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as basic computer skills
- Knowledge of all grading and paving equipment and operations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Reading and understanding plans
- Know how to set up and run TopCon GPS systems
- Finish blading with GPS controls
