Job Summary
Foreman role overseeing the GoRight Service Centre in Mississauga, supervising Truck, Trailer and Tanker Technicians, assigning work, ensuring safety, quality, and timely repairs, mentoring the team, and occasionally performing equipment repairs alongside staff. Requires Grade 12 or equivalent with trade training and a Licensed 310T or Red Seal Truck and Transport License. Must have truck maintenance knowledge, team supervision experience, strong communication, and computer skills. Opportunity includes leading daily operations, enforcing safety, coordinating parts and warranty information, and driving productivity and quality in a hands-on environment.
Required Qualifications
