Job Summary
Restoration Foreman leading a traveling field team on concrete restoration and construction projects. You’ll oversee a crew of 4-5 technicians, coordinate demos, crack/spall repair, finishing, surface prep, media blasting, and coating applications. Travel is heavy (95% on the road) with 5 days per trip and overnight stays; the role involves developing work plans with the superintendent, allocating resources, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, maintaining quality standards, and serving as the primary client contact while documenting progress. Requires hands-on leadership, ability to read blueprints, familiarity with coatings and finishing, and a strong focus on safety and craftsmanship. Base location is Circleville, OH with travel across the country; travel expenses, lodging, and meals are covered after the first meal. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- Previous leadership role in restoration/construction preferred
- Experience with concrete materials, repair techniques, pouring, finishing, and coating applications
- Blueprint reading/understanding
- Ability to lead and manage a crew
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for manual labor
