Job Summary
The Foreman is responsible for managing safety, quality, cost, schedule, labor, equipment, and materials for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Key duties include supervising daily work activities, ensuring compliance with quality control, enforcing safety regulations, and communicating production goals. The role requires collaboration with subcontractors and effective coordination of work crews to meet established deadlines. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in the construction trade or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience determined to be acceptable by the hiring authority.
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma/GED.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and bend for full workdays.
- Ability to work from heights.
