Foreman

Supervise total construction efforts to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements while interfacing with project managers, clients, and contractors. Determine activity sequences for fabrication and assembly, prioritize tasks, and communicate plans to crew members. Assign workers, explain duties, and monitor performance to maintain safety and customer specifications. Inspect work by staff and subcontractors, train new employees on equipment and safety, and maintain accurate time, material, and daily reports. Advise superintendents of potential problems and resolve interferences. Enforce safety regulations, maintain company equipment, and perform miscellaneous trade duties. Requires a high school diploma, five years of construction experience, and valid driver's license.
