Manage, implement, and install assigned structured cabling projects while interfacing with construction managers, owners, and direct customers. Adhere to job specifications or issue proper change orders as necessary, and work with field supervision to determine material releases to prevent overages or shortages. Develop timelines and milestones to track actual versus estimated hours and materials, documenting all change orders until closed. Schedule, direct, and supervise the direct labor force, managing labor by tasks, duration, and efficiency as outlined on the project labor forecast sheet. Ensure all company assets under your control are properly maintained and used in the intended manner. Supervise, support, and train field personnel for future advancement while enforcing company policies regarding dress code, cell phone use, and safety.
