Foreman - Dirt

Dirt Foreman to lead and manage a crew performing earthwork on heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include planning and directing daily/weekly crew activities to meet production goals, reading and interpreting blueprints and production reports, supervising earthwork operations (grading, excavation, soil stabilization with cement and lime), training crew on safety and production techniques, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors for efficiency, maintaining reports (daily logs, timekeeping, equipment records), and enforcing safety policies. Requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, plus the ability to work outdoors in variable weather, operate and supervise equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Bilingual Spanish preferred; a valid license to operate a company vehicle and ability to navigate ladders/scaffolding on active construction sites are also required.
