Job Summary
Lead thermoplastic pavement marking crews as Detail Thermoplastic Foreman, supervising on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project managers to deliver high-quality pavement markings. Must apply thermoplastic materials with expertise, read and interpret project specs/blueprints, mentor crew members, and maintain quality and safety standards in outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in thermoplastic pavement marking or related field
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing pavement marking crews
- In-depth knowledge of thermoplastic materials, application techniques, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and layouts accurately
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings
