Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of 510 technicians while managing scheduling, diagnostics, and repair quality control for a 32,000 sq ft facility. Oversee equipment repairs and troubleshooting for dozers, excavators, rock trucks, graders, and cranes across major brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere, and Volvo. Collaborate with on-road operations and field service teams to ensure safety, compliance, and performance targets are met. Roll up your sleeves to support critical diagnostic or repair work as needed. Recommend and implement continuous improvements as the division grows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience in off-road/heavy equipment
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman position
- Deep diagnostic expertise across major equipment brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere, Volvo
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to relocate to Canada
