Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of technicians on medium voltage construction sites by distributing tasks, monitoring quality, and enforcing strict safety and environmental regulations. Develop detailed work plans in coordination with project management while proactively identifying and resolving technical issues before they escalate. Maintain tight control over deadlines and provide direct feedback to drive team growth and continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in electricity or equivalent experience, with at least five years in technical or supervisory roles. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in elektriciteit of elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische of leidinggevende functie
- Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig
- Kennis van elektrische codes, normen en voorschriften
