Job Summary
Foreman responsible for supervising installation and dismantling of equipment including scaffolds, ladders, walkways and handrails; oversee and enforce safety standards; manage and direct the safe, efficient installation/removal of equipment per plans; review blueprints and equipment lists prior to on-site work; oversee fall protection during scaffold erection/dismantling; supervise, train and evaluate crews; oversee loading/unloading of equipment; manage budget and costs; ensure timely crew sheets and job reports; extensive travel (US 50%–90%); requires high school or equivalent with preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles; OSHA/scaffold training a plus.
