Job Summary
Accurately enter timesheets and validate daily logs including weather, photos, and productivity into Procore by 9:00 am. Communicate production goals to the team, assign duties, and validate take-offs to ensure materials and equipment align with the schedule. Review and shoot grades, interpret plans, and pour cards while conducting daily equipment inspections and safety toolbox talks. Organize Miss Dig/One Call, manage demobilization, and execute punch lists to maintain site quality and OSHA compliance. Travel to surrounding job sites as required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience leading crews of 6+ people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to job coach
- Safety attitude
- Travel to surrounding job sites
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record preferred
