FOREMAN - CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION (SEASONAL)

Job Summary
Conduct daily equipment inspections, site walk-arounds, and safety meetings to identify and correct unsafe conditions. Coordinate worker activities for concrete construction, including pouring, finishing, and curing, while monitoring mix designs and placement quality. Troubleshoot on-site issues, manage material inventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and EPA regulations. Prepare daily production reports, timecards, and safety documentation. Operate concrete construction tools and machinery, coach team members on safety protocols, and assist in training new employees. Travel throughout the state operation and work flexible shifts including overtime, nights, and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in product line
- Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays
- Travel required throughout our state operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and under time constraints
