Job Summary
The Foreman Communications supervises and directs workers on projects involving construction of ditches, roadways, and grading drainage areas. Responsibilities include inspecting work areas, operating heavy equipment, enforcing safety regulations, interpreting job orders, maintaining production records, and assisting crew members as needed. The role requires physical labor capabilities and an ability to motivate teams. Candidates should be able to handle various weather conditions and be exposed to a loud working environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds
- At least 5 years minimum experience or a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to perform non-mechanical tasks with minimum supervision
