Job Summary
Hands-on Construction Foreman to lead on-site activities at Malta projects. Responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating with the Project Manager, ensuring timely progress within budget, organizing site logistics, training personnel, and enforcing health and safety regulations. Must read and interpret architectural and structural plans, assign duties based on skillsets, monitor quality and safety, and produce progress reports. Strong English communication, organizational, and leadership skills required to effectively manage on-site operations and maintain high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to organise a work schedule
- Ability to manage a team of workers
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
