Foreman-level supervision and coordination of both skilled and unskilled workers on industrial construction projects in the Spring, TX area. Responsible for planning and executing work plans, scheduling daily activities to meet timelines and budgets, managing on-site crews and equipment, coordinating with inspectors, developers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications, and coaching/subcontractor oversight.
