Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction
- At least 2 years in a foreman, lead, assistant superintendent, or similar field leadership role
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on active job sites
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, methods, and quality standards
- Clear and direct communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field priorities
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
