Foreman responsible for leading and coordinating skilled trade teams (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, welders) to meet project goals; supervise, assign tasks, and monitor performance; ensure work meets project specifications, standards, and safety regulations; oversee project schedules and resource management; maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; inspect work and enforce corrective actions; work in office, shop, and field environments with possible after-hours or emergency response; requires lifting tools and materials and versatile movement across varied conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance required
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a facilities management discipline
- Demonstrated supervisory and technical expertise in facility O&M or construction trades
