Job Summary
The Foreman is responsible for managing and leading crews on projects under $500,000, overseeing teams of up to 15 employees while ensuring compliance with specifications and current NEC codes. Duties include project planning, material procurement, schedule development, project documentation, mentoring staff, and coordinating with project leaders. Candidates must have a Colorado electrical license, a minimum of five years in construction, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrician with a Colorado license
- Five years of documented work in electrical commercial or industrial construction with at least six months of prior supervisory experience
- Holds OSHA 30 Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience in wiring systems, all phases of project installation, electrical control work, troubleshooting, and purchasing of electrical material and parts
- Knowledge of current NEC and industry-related practices, including area classifications
- Ability to run two or more crews on large and/or small projects and supervise, evaluate, and develop Lead Journeymen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
