Job Summary
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans while producing schedules and monitoring crew attendance. Allocate general and daily responsibilities, supervise and train workers, and ensure manpower and resources are adequate. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met, supervise machinery use, and monitor expenditure within budget. Resolve and report problems as they arise, and report progress to managers and engineers. Requires proven experience as a construction Foreman, in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and OSH guidelines, and the ability to read drawings and blueprints. High school diploma or skilled trade diploma required.

- Proven experience as construction Foreman
- In-depth knowledge of Construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Able to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in math
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc...)
