Job Summary
Support FTZ admissions (e214), weekly entry summaries, and zone-status changes; maintain accurate product master data (HTS/ECCN, COO, UOM, descriptions); ensure inventory movements are captured correctly in ERP and FTZ systems; support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance resolution; maintain audit-ready records and assist with CBP filings (CF 214, 216, 7512, 7501); partner with brokers, consultants, and CBP officials; follow and refine FTZ/operations SOPs; train staff on FTZ compliance and procedures; stay updated on regulatory changes and FTZ best practices; collaborate with outbound and receiving teams to ensure timely submissions and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in business or 4 years equivalent experience in business, supply chain, logistics, international business or warehousing
- Additional 2 to 5 years experience in Foreign Trade Zone operations, customs compliance, imports/exports
- Familiarity with CBP filings (HTS/ECCN)
- U.S. Customs Broker License CCS certification or NAFTZ FTZ training
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background checks required for CBP/FTZ access
- Location: Clarks Summit, PA
- Must have legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship (temporary authorizations do not meet this requirement)
