Foreign Trade and Indirect Procurement Team Leader

Leading the Foreign Trade and Indirect Procurement function at HUGO BOSS İzmir factory, coordinating and controlling foreign trade and customs operations, managing import/export/documentation, and interpreting regulatory changes. Responsible for route/transport standards, cost calculations for transportation and customs clearance, and leading procurement activities including evaluating proposals, managing tenders, contract management, and developing the supplier portfolio. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, English proficiency, SAP experience, and a minimum of six years in a similar role.
