Job Summary
US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Intern at CVS Health providing pharmacy support within retail locations. After successful FPGEE and TOEFL, you will complete required US internship hours to qualify for Pharmacist licensure. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a mixed learning plan to develop knowledge and skills for pharmacy operations, safe prescription fulfillment, and patient care, including immunizations where allowed, counseling, SOP adherence, and collaboration with pharmacy teams to deliver high-quality service. The role emphasizes empathy, customer service, regulatory compliance, and professional growth toward a pharmacist role; travel within the market to stores may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy
- FPGEC certification
- Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
- Ability to obtain intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Essential Functions: communication, teamwork, math, attention to detail, and problem resolution
