Job Summary
US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Pharmacy Intern role at CVS Health. You will learn and apply didactic knowledge in real-world pharmacy settings under a preceptor, support pharmacy operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, counsel patients when appropriate, and pursue licensure requirements while traveling to stores as needed to meet business needs. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with immunizations where permitted, collecting patient information, managing inventory activities, providing empathetic customer service, and developing leadership and clinical skills through a structured internship plan. Eligible candidates must be a foreign graduate from a non-US accredited college, obtain FPGEC certification, and attain state licensure within required timeframes; position emphasizes training, learning, and contributing to a high-performing pharmacy team within a retail CVS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
- FPGEC certification
- Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
