Job Summary
Greet customers in-store and at drive-thru windows, process register transactions, and resolve inquiries to maximize satisfaction. Assist pharmacy staff with prescription processing, including translation of SIG codes, product selection, and labeling, while performing approved health services like immunizations and testing under direct supervision. Maintain inventory policies, manage workflow standards, and support the pharmacy manager in developing support staff. Lead with empathy, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive growth by identifying business opportunities within the pharmacy. Complete all required training and licensure exams within 120 days of internship completion.
Required Qualifications
- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
- Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
