Foreign Legal Consultant (Junior) - Corporate - Capital Markets

Support the Capital Markets team in Beijing with TPDD and verification work for securities issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks. Draft documents, conduct due diligence, and assist on complex transactions ranging from IPOs to derivatives and high yield bonds. Collaborate with the National Office to deliver real-time advice on securities and listing issues across global financial centers. This role is open to fresh graduates with a Chinese law degree and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
