Job Summary
Conduct legal analysis and drafting for Philippine-related capital markets transactions, including IPOs, direct listings, and high yield bonds. Support the SEA Capital Markets practice in navigating complex overlapping regulations across borders for issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks. Collaborate with the National Office to deliver real-time advice on securities and listing issues. Requires 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
